An Oceanside office building has been sold for nearly $4.3 million.

SGG Ventures, LLC bought the 14,940 square-foot building at 3186 Vista Way from 3186 Vista Way, LP.

The three-story building is on a nearly 1.2-acre lot on the northeast corner of Valley Glenn and Vista Way.

James Bengala and Marc Dudzik of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

The Seller was represented by Michael Nucci of Home Smart Realty.
