James Bengala has been an incredible partner and mentor for me and my company. My company was coming to the end of our lease and needed to make a move, but we had no idea where to start. We met James and began our simple search for a small office space to move our company to. After a few tours and lots of time discussing business and personal needs James helped guide us to a decision to purchase office space. He spent a countless number of hours educating and communicating all of the different aspects that we did not know or understand to ensure that we were making the best decision possible and were fully informed through the entire process. We met James unexpectedly one day as he was meeting with a vendor in our building. We got to chatting about looking for new office space and the struggles we were having to find something that suited all our needs. He talked to us about the differences between doing it alone and the benefit to having a broker that is on our side looking out for our best interests. He presented us with a number of options and was there to provide insight on the industry. We had a couple tough breaks along the way getting close on a number of properties and then being let down by the landlord, but he hung in there with us continuing to look and was able to help us broker a deal with a property that met all our needs at the right price. We got a hell of a TI package along with it as well. I would certainly recommend James to anyone looking for office space. He's super friendly but a good negotiator. He understands his clients wants and needs and works until the deal is done.
