A Senior Associate at the Lee & Associates North San Diego office and the Managing Director of the CORE Office Group, James is a driven commercial real estate professional with 15+ years of Real Estate experience. 

 

Specializing in office building investment sales & leasing in Coastal North County San Diego, the combination of strategic online marketing, a vast database of investors & tenants accompanied with prudent financial analysis allow for James's CORE Office Group to execute numerous transactions in a highly competitive CRE marketplace. Since the inception of the CORE Office Group (2020) the team has successfully closed a total of 141,601 Sq Ft in office brokerage amounting to over $45,000,000 in transaction value. 

 

Areas of expertise include professional, medical, creative, flex/R&D, executive suites and co-working office buildings.

 

Education includes a B.S. Business Administration from Univ. North Carolina Wilmington's Cameron School of Business, with a Concentration in Real Estate & Finance.

 

James (known by most as JB) lives in Vista, CA with his beloved wife Kristina, toddling son Julian and pup Remington. When not in the office hunting CRE deals you can find JB surfing one of San Diego's reef breaks, hiking in the mountains or working in the garden with the family.
