"An Encinitas office building has been sold for $4.6 million.

Paul H Meardon Trust sold the 11,000 square-foot building at 2211 Encinitas Blvd.

The buyer was not disclosed.

The two-story building was 62 percent leased at the time of sale.

The building has a sprinkler system, private offices, open workspaces, reception, conference rooms, breakrooms, and private restrooms.

James Bengala and Michael Lambesis of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

The Buyer was represented by Peter Curry of Cushman & Wakefield."
