Beckman Sells The Plaza at 505 for $18 Million
San Diego-based real estate developer Lansing Cos. acquired the office building at 505 Lomas Santa Fe Drive in Solana Beach, California, for $18 million, or about $792 per square foot, from Beckman Properties.
Beckman acquired the building in early 2006 for $6.35 million, or roughly $302 per square foot, according to CoStar records.
Lansing Cos. plans to occupy 4,200 square feet in the two-story, 22,736-square-foot building. The Plaza at 505 was renovated in 2007 and is located between Interstate 5 and the Pacific Ocean.
