Investor Sells Three Story Building for Nearly $9.8 Million
The office was built in 1983 on one-third of an acre in the Uptown West/Park West retail market of San Diego County.
Family Health Centers of San Diego purchased the office building at 1750 5th Ave. in San Diego, California, for $9.75 million, or almost $314 per square foot, from a private investor.
The buyer is planning to consolidate its offices into this central location after completing some minor interior improvements.
Renovated in 1998, the three-story, 31,066-square-foot office features covered and surface parking, building signage, 24-hour access and an elevator.
Steven Martini, Peter Wright and Emmett Cahill of QualityFirst Commercial represented the seller. Greg Spounias of Highland Partners represented the buyer in the sale.
